How about a well-formulated and dosed multi-vitamin/mineral/phytonutrient like Ortho-Core?

A quality fish oil/omega-3.

A good antioxidant like lipoic acid.

Egcg.

And then if you want to push deeper, and cognitive support/enhancement product like Ortho-Mind or the racetams?

Building a "stack" is a personalized thing. You will benefit more or less from certain supplements than I will for example. Dr. Bruce Ames believes that micro-deficiencies can be addressed by a daily multi-vitamin.

Nutritional supplements can come in all different shapes and sizes - many different nutritional supplements can make a huge difference in your life. Nutritional supplements are exactly what they imply; they are the vitamins and minerals and other nutrients that your body needs to be healthy.
